Saab is saved again! Spyker signs a deal with Chinese partner

that Saab has been saved again, and hope that the production and development in all parts quickly to continue. Saab parent company Spyker signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Pang Since Automobile Trade Co.

Understanding consists of a strategic alliance, consisting of a 50/50 joint ventures and distribution joint venture for production (MJV) to Saab vehicles and MJV-owned brands (so called "baby signs") in China.

Saab Automobile will be up to 50 percent in annual environmental reports, with Pang and to-be-chosen manufacturing partner owns the remaining shares.

Pang It will pay 30 million for the purchase of vehicles, Saab, and is expected to have 15 million more of the Saab vehicle within 30 days only under certain circumstances.
