Flying Cars: Closer Than We Think?
Despite the technological progress by leaps and bounds, flying cars have largely the province of science fiction and fantasy schoolboy.
Even in this modern world where we can to get people on the other side of the world talk at the touch of a button, most people do not expect a car that flies in their lives. And yet there is a company willing to change all that, things revealed plans to legends, flying cars, and they argue that consumers might need in the coming years.

Terrafugia, Inc. is a technology company that not too many people have heard. And no wonder, because the fact that you only registered a small car maker in Massachusetts (and not yet released, because the product of their participation in 2006). But that does not mean they are not allowed. Since its establishment (the company was founded by graduates of the local PROVIDED Institute of Aerospace, notably through money from various student price competition), it is hard at work on a large piece of property called "road-able aircraft "which means that as you may have guessed, the flying car.
Smart marked the transition, which two airplanes (with a provision of storage), have amazing properties. For starters, he rides like flies, which is convertible (so to speak). If you meet these vehicles to purchase, and fill it with regular unleaded petrol, parking garage, it's on every track, where he will start. Yes, you heard it right. Drive to the airport runway and just out of the blue there.
This is achieved by a series of folding wings on the back of the couch for years (not necessarily good for the aerodynamics on the road, but you have to fly). After six months of road testing, first flight was in March 2009 and confirmed on a road / skills with other aircraft in 1937, 3000 feet (followed by six takeoffs and landings). After publication, it is expected that the transport (aircraft) in more than 400 miles (over 700 km) per tank, with a speed reaching 115 km per hour.
So what will one of these dream machines will cost the average American? Less than you think. It is set to cost less than $ 150,000, of which a significant proportion of the population places. And only recently received Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the liberation from the constraints of weight, literally erasing years, there are several warnings. Owners have a certificate Pilot Sport (allowing them to use small airports) to obtain. And of course there are questions about how this type of travel affects the respiratory tract, especially if you really craft off the car in the private sector. But now, it's just idle speculation. Even Terrafugia reportedly came close to a hundred orders already, the real question is, are people really ready for what could be the transport of the future (today) be?
The paper introduces a command Pole barns. ABS offers a wide variety of pole barn kits and provides design and construction packages for the post-frame structures.
