Convoy of 50 Jaguar E-Types Run Through the Streets of London
It's not every day you get to see Jaguar E-Type on the road, let alone the 50 preserved and restored examples of what many consider the most beautiful car ever made. And that's exactly what happened today, when a fleet of 50 private Jaguar E-type in both coupe and roadster form of travel in convoy through the streets of London on his way to the 2011 Motor Expo in Canary Wharf, marking sports at 50 birthday.
As can be expected in the costs associated with these vehicles, the police convoys through the E-type road in the sights such as Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square coached before a final stop at the Canary Wharf, where cars passed up on the screen.
"It was an incredible day and fitting tribute to the E-type - we are incredibly grateful for all the police and the owners give their support as possible," says Graeme Carver, Motorexpo CEO, arriving convoys. "We are honored to have participated in this important party and remains a milestone car," said Carver.
For those of you interested Motorcycle Expo, the show opened in London today and runs until June 12
